Slot Machines; provides for slot machines to be operated in certain pari-mutuel facilities by Pari-mutuel Wagering Div. of DBPR; provides purpose & intent; provides for implementation of s. 23, Art. X of State Constitution; provides for program to address economic & social problems associated with gambling; provides for division to enter into contacts for acquisition of slot machines & other goods or services, etc. Creates 849.088; amends 550.0251.
