GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Siplin

Alimony; authorizes court to reduce or terminate award of alimony if there is proof by preponderance of evidence that obligee is in supportive relationship with another person not related by consanguinity or affinity; prescribes factors to be considered by court; provides construction. Amends 61.14.
