GENERAL BILL by Llorente ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Planas ; Seiler

Warranty Associations; provides exemption from penalty provisions for certain service warranties; provides actual damages & costs for violations for which such statutory penalties do not apply; provides retroactive applicability; revises definition of "service warranty"; provides that certain maintenance service contracts must be covered by specific contractual liability policy. Amends 634.271,.401.
