GENERAL BILL by Lopez-Cantera ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Flores ; Grimsley ; Rivera ; Zapata
Pharmacy Practice; revises term "practice of profession of pharmacy" to include administering of influenza virus immunizations to adults by pharmacist within established protocol under supervisory practitioner who is licensed physician or pursuant to written agreement between pharmacist & county health dept.; requires professional liability insurance, training & certification in immunization, & employer approval prior to entering into protocol, etc. Amends 465.003.
