Pharmacy Technicians; provides for registration of pharmacy technicians; requires Board of Pharmacy to set fees & rules to register pharmacy technicians; exempts pharmacy technician students, unpaid volunteers, & licensed pharmacy interns from certain registration requirements; requires board to maintain register of certain unpaid volunteers; provides continuing education requirements for registration renewal, etc. Amends 465.014,.019,.0196,.0197.
