GENERAL BILL by Farkas ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Domino
Community Associations; directs Advisory Council on Condominiums to hold public hearings & prepare & present report to Legislature re certain issues re powers of condominium associations during catastrophic windstorm events & recovery & rebuilding following such events; deletes training hours required for certification of mediators & arbitrators; provides for revival of certain declarations that have been extinguished, etc. Amends 720.305,.311; creates 712.11.
