Comprehensive Everglades Restoration; requires DEP to expend appropriated funds for certain acquisitions re restoration of Everglades in accordance with comprehensive plan; prohibits reversion of appropriated funds to General Revenue Fund; provides for sale of lands acquired using appropriated funds after finding by dept. & South Fla. Water Management District that land is no longer needed for comprehensive plan, etc. APPROPRIATION: $500,000,000.
