CS/SB 1664: Contaminated Drycleaning Facilities
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Peaden
Contaminated Drycleaning Facilities; provides that drycleaning facility where accident caused or exacerbated contamination is eligible for exemption from liability; defines term "accident". Amends 376.3078.
