GENERAL BILL by Lynn
County Correctional Facility/Youth; requires that Corrections Dept. & counties allow certain youth to tour state & county correctional facilities under specified conditions; authorizes district school superintendent or child study team to refer child to youth awareness tour of state & county correctional facilities. Amends 945.75, 1003.26.
