SB 170: Sentencing/Youthful Offenders

Sentencing/Youthful Offenders; prohibits court from sentencing person as youthful offender if person is older than specified age & found guilty of committing sexual battery, lewd or indecent exposure, or child abuse or neglect; reenacts provisions re definition of said offender, institutions & programs for offenders, & sentencing alternatives, to incorporate amendments, in references thereto. Amends 958.04; reenacts FS.
