Trusts & Other Agency Relationships; includes additional investment instruments within definition of term "security account"; specifies circumstances in which court authorization is not required for trustee to exercise his or her power when conflict of interest exists; revises circumstances in which trustee is prohibited from making adjustment when such adjustment would benefit trustee, etc. Amends Ch. 738, 711.501, 737.402,.403; creates 737.309.
