Swimming Pool Service Technicians; revises scope of work for commercial & residential pool/spa contractors & swimming pool/spa servicing contractors; removes licensure exemptions; removes 1-year experience requirement to qualify to take swimming pool/spa servicing contractors' examination; provides that private pools & water therapy facilities connected with licensed massage therapy establishments are exempt from supervision or regulation by DOH, etc. Amends Ch. 489, 514.
