GENERAL BILL by Domestic Security Committee ; Adams ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Homan

Domestic Security; provides that counter-terrorism coordination must be conducted in accordance with state comprehensive emergency management plan; changes title of position "Chief of Domestic Security Initiatives" to "Chief of Domestic Security"; revises provisions re required security assessments of buildings, facilities, & structures owned or leased by state agencies, state universities, & community colleges, etc. Amends Ch. 943, 381.00315.
