Agricultural Products Dealers; revises definitions; expands list of products covered by law; defines terms "negotiating broker" & "producer's agent"; revises exceptions to provisions regulating dealers; amends provision re applications for dealer licensure to require dealers to provide mailing & location address information; increases license fees & delinquent renewal penalties; authorizes DOACS to issue conditional license under certain conditions, etc. Amends Ch. 604. APPROPRIATION: $285,000.
