Home Medical Equipment Providers; includes additional categories of equipment in report required by applicants for licensure; increases amount of liability insurance required of such providers; provides for issuance of temporary licenses; provides for assessment of fees to conduct complaint investigations; requires proof of accreditation as prerequisite for licensure or license renewal; provides for rules re designation of accrediting organizations, etc. Amends Ch. 400.
