GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano
Health Maintenance Organizations; redefines term "fiscal intermediary services organization"; expands requirement that said organization remains responsible for violations of certain statutory requirements if organization transfers to any entity obligations to pay any provider for claims arising from services to subscribers of organization. Amends 641.316,.234.
