GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Criminal Justice ; Campbell
Capital Collateral Representation; authorizes Commission on Capital Cases to sponsor certain continuing legal education classes; revises provisions re continuing legal education requirements for attorneys on registry of attorneys applying to represent persons in postconviction capital collateral proceedings; increases maximum number of inmates which may be represented by capital collateral attorney under limited circumstances, etc. Amends 27.709,.710,.711.
