GENERAL BILL by Finance & Tax Committee ; Brummer

Property Tax Administration; provides that if DOR finds that more than 10 percent of sales qualified or disqualified by county do not fall within applicable criteria, dept. shall issue postaudit notification of defects instead of review notice; revises requirements placed on dept. in its review of assessment rolls. Amends 195.0995,.096.
