GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance
Employee Leasing Companies; revises criteria for appointment of members of Board of Employee Leasing Companies; requires that applicant for renewal license as employee leasing company have specified net worth; requires that said company make certain information available to Workers' Compensation Div. of Financial Services Dept.; provides administrative fine for failure or refusal to submit required reports, forms, or notices, etc. Amends 468.521,.525,.529, 627.192.
