Inmates under Sentence of Death; provides for procedures when person under said sentence is alleged to be insane; authorizes Governor to appoint commission to reexamine person; provides for committing inmate under said sentence to DCFS or Agency for Persons with Disabilities for treatment or training; provides for involuntary treatment of inmate found not to be competent to proceed who refuses to give express & informed consent, etc. Amends 922.07; creates 945.50.
