Special Election/February 7, 2006; requires special election to be held on February 7, 2006, pursuant to Section 5 of Article XI of State Constitution, for approval or rejection by electors of this state of joint resolution amending Section 1 of Article IX of State Constitution, re provisions that mandate maximum class sizes for students in prekindergarten through grade 12. APPROPRIATION: $19,450,000.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law if enacted by at least 3/4ths membership of each house of Legislature
