Sexually Transmissible Disease; prohibits disclosure of positive preliminary HIV test result to any person except as specifically authorized; provides that certain HIV test results are preliminary & may be released in accordance with federal requirements; requires DOH to adopt rules specifying certain info., including maximum time period for reporting sexually transmissible disease; requires DOH to adopt rules governing reporting HIV-exposed infants or newborns, etc. Amends FS.
