Fla. Commercial Anti-Pornography Act; provides definitions to terms re commercial distribution of pornographic materials; prohibits person from willfully & knowingly distributing pornographic materials for commercial purposes; provides for civil penalty; provides that any person, including church or religious organization, or other representative group or organization may bring action to enforce act; provides for declaratory & injunctive relief, etc.
