Hospice Facilities; includes said facilities within purview of Fla. Building Code; deletes provisions requiring Elderly Affairs Dept. to adopt physical plant standards for said facilities; requires that construction standards for said facilities be in compliance with Fla. Building Code; requires AHCA to provide technical assistance to Fla. Building Commission to update said code for hospice facilities. Amends 553.73, 400.605; creates 400.6051.
