Parental Notice of Abortion Act; repeals specified provision re said act; creates said act; prohibits performing or inducement of termination of pregnancy upon minor without specified notice; prescribes procedure for judicial waiver of notice; provides for issuance of court order authorizing consent to termination of pregnancy without notification; provides for confidential & closed hearings, etc. Repeals 390.01115; creates 390.01114.
