GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Saunders

Medical Malpractice Insurance; creates Enterprise Act for Patient Protection & Provider Liability; exempts certain allopathic & osteopathic physicians who perform surgery in certain patient safety facilities from requirement to establish financial responsibility; provides requirements for certification as patient safety facility; authorizes certain teaching hospitals & eligible hospitals to petition agency for certification, etc. Amends FS.
