GENERAL BILL by Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Aronberg ; Posey

Juveniles/Electronic Monitoring; requires electronic monitoring of juveniles who are adjudicated & awaiting placement in commitment program in detention care; requires electronic monitoring of juvenile sexual offenders released from detention & transferred to home detention or nonsecure detention; provides for said monitoring as alternative sanction for child who has committed direct contempt of court or indirect contempt of valid court order, etc. Amends 985.215,.216,.233.
