JOINT RESOLUTION by Crist

Judicial System/Practice/Procedure; constitutional amendment re administration, practice, & procedure in judicial system, to create judicial conference that will propose rules on criminal procedure, juvenile procedure re criminal violations, & postconviction proceedings; requires submission of such rules for legislative approval before they may take effect; changes vote required for Legislature to repeal rule of court. Amends s. 2, Art V.
