SB 1962: Appointed State Officers
GENERAL BILL by Posey
Appointed State Officers; expands definition of term "appointed state officer" to include members of appointive boards, commissions, committees, or councils created under State Constitution; prohibits appointed state officers from personally representing another person or entity for compensation before any state agency; provides that this prohibition does not apply to any appointed state officer whose term of office began before specified date. Amends 112.313.
