Commercial & Consumer Collection; deletes provisions requiring registration as commercial collection agency; specifies nonapplication of certain registration requirements to certain persons or entities; provides requirements & procedures for issuance of corporate surety bond; specifies powers & duties of Financial Regulation Office; provides guidelines for imposing administrative remedies or penalties, etc. Amends Ch. 559. APPROPRIATION: $366,614.
