CS/SB 2002: Sovereign Immunity
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Posey ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clary
Sovereign Immunity; provides that law enforcement agency is not liable for injury, death, or property damage effected or caused by person fleeing law enforcement officer under certain circumstances; provides for severability; provides for application. Amends 768.28.
