GENERAL BILL by Margolis

Publicly Owned Football Facilities; provides for distribution of portion of revenues from tax on sales, use, & other transactions to eligible publicly owned football facilities; provides limitations on uses of funds; provides for Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to certify said facilities; requires office to adopt rules; defines term "publicly owned football facility"; provides for use of funds distributed under this act, etc. Amends 212.20; creates 288.1174.
