Public Records Exemptions; clarifies public records exemption re trade secrets for proprietary confidential business information owned or controlled by not-for-profit corporation operating Fla. Vaccine Research Institute & its subsidiaries; expands said exemption to include information received from person in this or another state or nation or Federal Government which is otherwise exempt or confidential under laws of this or another state, etc. Creates 288.961.
