SB 2038: Hospital County Reimbursement
GENERAL BILL by Garcia
Hospital County Reimbursement; authorizes county hospital to request reimbursement of costs of care incurred for indigent from county where that indigent is resident; requires county of residency to reimburse county or county hospital district for costs of care for such indigents within certain number of days following date of request. Creates 154.317.
