GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Sebesta
Driver Licenses & I.D. Cards; provides for reinstatement charge rather than service charge for issuing person's driver's license after reinstatement of his or her license & driving privilege; repeals provision re authority of HSMV to designate tax collectors to act as its agents; requires that dept., by specified date, contract with person or entity for provision of specified driver license services, etc. Amends 318.15, 322.29,.02; repeals 322.135; creates 322.136.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
