School Students/Psychotropic Med; defines term "psychotropic medication"; prohibits recipient of state funds from requiring student to be prescribed or administered psychotropic medication as condition of receipt of educational services financed by state funds; provides requirements for administration; requires notification to parents prior to evaluation of certain students for classification or placement as exceptional student. Creates 1006.0625.
