GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Adoption; provides that judgement of adoption is voidable under certain circumstances if court finds that person whose consent is required gave false information; provides court in this state retains jurisdiction until adoption is finalized in this or in another state; provides that if unmarried biological father fails to take actions that are available to him to establish relationship with his child, his parental interest may be lost entirely, etc. Amends FS.
