Enterprise Zones/Orange/Osceola; authorizes Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to designate enterprise zones in Orange Co. & Osceola Co. which include boundaries of community redevelopment zone; requires that application be submitted by specified date; requires office to establish initial effective date of enterprise zone.
