GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Mobile Home Parks/Sale; requires mobile home park owner to notify officers of homeowners' association upon receipt of bona fide offer for purchase of mobile home park; provides that said association may execute contract only for mobile home park that it represents; deletes requirement that park owner notify said association upon receipt of bona fide offer to purchase park, etc. Amends 723.071.
