GENERAL BILL by Clary
Arbitration; clarifies provisions governing application of arbitration agreements; clarifies provisions; prohibits refusal of order of arbitration on grounds that claim alleges contract is voidable or illegal; prohibits court from refusing to enforce certain arbitration agreements or provisions. Amends 682.02,.03,.18.
