SB 2258: Early Release/Sexual Offenders
GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Early Release/Sexual Offenders; prohibits court from suspending, deferring, or withholding adjudication of guilt or imposition of sentence for certain offenses involving victim who is younger than 18 years of age; provides that person who is convicted & sentenced to term of incarceration is not eligible for statutory gain-time or any form of discretionary early release; provides exceptions. Amends 794.05, 800.04.
