GENERAL BILL by Wilson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rich ; Dawson
Tuition/Resident Status; provides exemption from payment of nonresident tuition at community colleges & state universities for certain students meeting eligibility criteria; amends provision re general requirements for eligibility for state financial aid to specify procedures for determining resident status for purposes of receiving such awards. Amends 1009.21,.40.
