Student Assessment Instruments; authorizes student's parent & student to review questions & student's answers to questions on criterion-referenced portion of Fla. Comprehensive Assessment Test; requires DOE to honor requests within certain time period; requires that district school boards notify eligible parents; revises requirements for receipt of standard high school diploma for certain transfer students, etc. Amends 1008.23, 1003.433.
