Pharmacy Practice; revises term "practice of profession of pharmacy" to include administering of influenza virus immunizations to adults by pharmacist within established protocol & under supervisory practitioner who is licensed physician or by written agreement with county DOH; requires pharmacist to maintain & make available patient records for certain time period; provides requirements for certification program, etc. Amends 465.003.
