GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Community Reinvestment Plans; authorizes business to develop & implement community reinvestment plan for tax-credit purposes; provides tax credit for business that meets requirements of its community reinvestment plan; provides for duties of Financial Services Commission; requires said Commission, DCA, Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office, & Fla. Housing Finance Corporation to prepare strategic plan re access to financial capital in certain areas of state, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
