GENERAL BILL by Siplin

Private Schools; provides that earning passing scores on Fla. Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) or, in specified circumstances, on equivalent standardized test is prerequisite to receiving high school diploma from private school in this state. Amends 1002.42.
