Elderly Affairs; deletes requirement for AHCA to develop plan to integrate plan for frail elderly persons into diversion pilot program; deletes agency's requirement to integrate two separate Medicaid waiver programs into one waiver program; revises eligibility requirements re financial solvency for entities that provide services under long-term care community diversion pilot projects, etc. Amends 430.205,.7031,.705,.707.
