Clinical Perfusionists; requires supervising physician to be qualified in medical area in which said perfusionist performs; provides that clinical perfusionist may administer certain drugs, fluids, & blood products under supervision of physician; provides exemptions from clinical perfusionist licensure requirements; excludes hospitals from payment of certain costs, etc. Creates 458.3476, 459.025; amends 456.048.
