Guardians Ad Litem/ID Info/Pub. Rec.; creates exemption from public-records requirements for personal identifying information concerning current or former guardians ad litem & their spouses & children; provides procedure for requesting agency that is custodian of personal information & that is not employer of guardian ad litem to maintain confidentiality of information; provides for future repeal & legislative review of exemption under OGSR Act, etc. Amends 119.07.
