Family Day Care Homes; provides that deed restriction, covenants, or similar binding agreement running with land may not prohibit use of residential dwelling as family day care home; provides exceptions & burden of proof; specifies certain accommodations & real property that are exempt from act; provides legislative intent. Creates 402.31302.
